Annual General Meeting 2025

Just a reminder ... the Club's Annual General Meeting takes place in the Club House at 6:00pm on Tuesday 8th April.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Apologies for absence
2. Minutes of the AGM held 17th April 2024
3. Chair's report
4. Treasurer's report
5. Resignation of Jennie Sprague from the position of Membership Secretary and appointment of David Attwood.
6. Board of directors:
(a) Ordinary resolution to appoint David Geoffrey Attwood a director of the Board:
"The Club hereby proposes that, pursuant to Clause 8.1, 8.2.2 and 8.2.3 of the Articles of Association, the Club wishes to appoint David Geoffrey Attwood to the Board of Directors".
(b) Ordinary resolution to appoint Frances Mary Gifford a director of the Board:
"The Club hereby proposes that, pursuant to Clause 8.1, 8.2.2 and 8.2.3 of the Articles of Association, the Club wishes to appoint Frances Mary Gifford to the Board of Directors".

Please note that following the Club's incorporation and adoption of its Articles of Association, the Club now permits proxy voting. If you are unable to attend the AGM in person the Club would encourage you to complete the proxy form that was sent out with the email of 14th March by Jennie Sprague, Membership Secretary.
